There is a certain space limit, a buffer zone that every individual has it. It’s a sort of „soap bubble” around us and if someone breaks it open, whether by chance or intentionally, we panic. We usually take measures in order to be safe again.
This buffer zone is in fact the space where everything that we call intimate resides. Some individuals need a bigger buffer, others are much more extroverts and they need a smaller safety space. The goal of this project is to reveal what type of procedures someone needs to put into action in order to trespass the buffer zone that separates the individual from the others.
Te experiment begins from these premises: in a new environment, a new society, what kind of relations are forming and how far can you go with a certain individual in invading the personal physical space. I used some tools that are in fact torture devices. Each person chose one instrument and we started photo session.
